I.Solution overview
It adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation technology, with power memory and integrated switch/regulation function. The motor drive part adopts special industrial grade frequency conversion drive module, electronic brake and sparkless commutation technology, which can be applied to actuators of ROTORK, DZW, QT, fine and small models.
II. Advantages of this solution
1、High precision: Electronic brake is used to stop in place at one time without oscillation, inertia self identification, basic error ± 1 ‰
2、Motor shaft lock protection: Automatic alarm when the valve is stuck during valve on/off
3、Torque protection: Optional mechanical torque and electronic torque protection
4、Editable window: Chinese/English switch, electronic travel setting, fault self diagnosis
5、Section speed regulation, slow opening and closing, slow closing and fast opening, slow opening and fast closing
6、The original AC asynchronous motor does not need to be changed and is directly upgraded to frequency conversion control
