I.Solution overview
Industrial grade central microprocessor integrating switch/regulation function is adopted, with strong anti-interference capability and power memory. The motor drive part adopts closed-loop vector control technology, integrated overvoltage, overcurrent, over temperature self-protection functions, and electronic brake and soft start technology. It can be used in actuators of DZW, QT, fine and small models.

1、High precision: Electronic brake is used to stop in place at one time without oscillation, inertia self identification, basic error ± 0.1 ‰
2、Closed loop control: With motor position feedback function
3、Motor shaft lock protection: Automatic alarm when the valve is stuck during valve on/off
4、Editable window: Chinese/English switch, electronic travel setting, fault self diagnosis
5、With closed-loop feedback of absolute value encoder to improve repetitive positioning accuracy and absolute positioning accuracy
6、Section speed regulation: Slow opening and closing, slow opening and fast closing, fast opening and slow closing
