I. Solution overview
Industrial grade central microprocessor integrating switch/regulation function is adopted, with strong anti-interference capability and power memory. The motor drive part adopts special grade IPM drive module, integrating overvoltage, overcurrent, and over temperature self-protection functions, as well as electronic brake and soft start technology. It can be used in actuators of DZW, QT, fine and small models.
II. Advantages of this solution
1、 High precision: Electronic brake is used to stop in place at one time without oscillation, inertia self identification, basic error ± 1 ‰
2、Motor shaft lock protection: Automatic alarm when the valve is stuck during valve on/off
3、Torque protection: Optional mechanical torque and electronic torque protection
4、Slow opening and closing, slow closing and fast opening, slow opening and fast closing
5、Editable window: Chinese/English switch, electronic travel setting, fault self diagnosis
6、Diversity of power supply: DC24V, DC48V, AC220V, AC380V, etc. are optional
