The starting motor does not rotate | ① Check whether the driver motor power line, motor hall line and hall sensor are correctly plugged. ② When the brake is lowered, the hall sensor lamp does not light up: 1. Check whether the distance between the hall sensor and the magnet is too far, and whether the magnet is displaced, which causes no sensing. 2. Replace hall sensor. 3. Replace the drive. ③ Whether the encoder can be started after removal: 1. If it can be started, reset the up and down travel of the tension rod. 2. Unable to start, eliminate the cause of encoder. ④ Replace the motor or driver. ⑤ The whole machine starts slowly: 1. Confirm whether the speed of the acquisition host is used, whether the speed parameters of the acquisition host are set correctly, and whether the wire drawing machine runs at a low speed. 2. The starting speed is set very low. ⑥ The whole machine cannot be started: the machine is locked and needs to be unlocked by the manufacturer. |
Tension up and down travel cannot be set | ① Check whether the encoder is properly inserted. ② Check whether the distance between magnet and encoder is less than 4mm (non-contact encoder). ③ Replace encoder or driver. |
