Product Overview
On the basis of the existing winding control system technology, the system uses high-precision thread breaking sensor and motor brake technology to ensure that the tail yarn is short when the multi strand yarn is folded and broken, and improve the process requirements and production efficiency.

1. Human computer interaction, real-time display of various state parameters during bobbin winding, and editing of process and machine configuration parameters
2. The machine head does not need a frequency converter. The transmission mode is single spindle and single control. The single spindle speed can be set by itself. Different spinning processes can be used for different spindle positions to meet different user needs
3. Winding speed, control range 100-1200 m/min, maximum upper limit speed can be set to prevent yarn blocking workers from modifying the winding speed without permission to affect yarn forming
4. Single spindle tachometer length, full cylinder automatic shutdown, yarn breakage automatic shutdown alarm, prompt yarn blocking workers to carry out the next process operation, and improve production capacity
5. It can support the doubling of 2-12 single strand yarns, and uses a highly sensitive yarn breaking detector to cooperate with the yarn cutter to ensure that the tail yarn length is short when the yarn breaks
