Product Overview
This product is characterized by single ingot independent electric ingot and advanced DC brushless motor, which realizes the perfect combination of individual control of each ingot and centralized control of the whole machine. It adopts computer digital control, uses computer editing input to control the lifting and step-up of ring plate, arbitrarily adjust twist and spindle speed, and has the advantages of strong overload capacity, energy saving and noise reduction.
Product characteristics
1. The man-machine interface is intuitive and simple, easy to operate, centralized control, full digital system, and Z/S twisting is set freely.
2. Accurate automatic stop at fixed length, and accurate recording of machine output per shift and total output.
3. The yarn breaking detector is adopted to realize the automatic stop of yarn breaking single spindle and automatic alarm.
4. Spindle and spinning cylinder are directly driven by motor. Spindle speed can reach 8000 revolutions, yarn feeding speed is fast, and the maximum yarn feeding speed can reach 220 meters/minute
5. The machine will not be shut down for 3s after power failure to ensure synchronous shutdown of the motor after power failure and reduce waste yarn.
6. Equipped with electronic brake function, it can quickly stop the motor.
