Product overview
Based on many years of experience in the field of textile machine motion control, the product integrates control technology for brushless motors, stepping motors and servo motors. The multi-motor linkage is realized by making use of bus technology to meet the process requirements of the air yarn machine.

1、Advanced servo control is adopted for forming part, which ensures accurate forming and easy unwinding
2、All stations of single spindle are driven by motor directly, which is efficient, energy-saving and low noise
3、Support multi-color feeding, free combination, adjustment of air yarn pattern, and storable process
4、Closed-loop motion control allows automatic correction and compensation of motor speed, and ensures stable motor speed and good consistency of air yarn
5、The linear velocity can be controlled at 4-20 m
6、RS485 bus communication technology is adopted, with fast data transmission and strong anti-interference ability
7、Automatic stop and alarm in case of yarn breakage
